Tata Steel to cut 900 jobs in UK
Tata Steel is to cut 900 jobs across its UK operations.
600 jobs will go at its Welsh head office in Port Talbot, while two sites - Crosskeys in Caerphilly county and Tredegar, Blaenau Gwent - will close.
Other job cuts include 155 in Yorkshire, 120 in the West Midlands and 30 on Teesside.
But 120 new jobs will created at a new hot strip rolling mill at Llanwern.
